Bachelors degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT environments.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and business relationships.
• Experience in sales, including working toward revenue targets, business planning, demand creation,and driving revenue growth with high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience technologies, and media ecosystems
Strong business development / relationship management and presales experience in Data, Analytics & AI, preferably with BSFI organizations
• Presales or consulting experience with large transformation engagements in Digital, Risk, Finance,data, analytics & AI and Wealth Management.
Experience in relationship building with senior executives
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders on the client side to position TCS technology and digital capabilities as enablers of business transformation.
• Develop a deep understanding of business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Identify and shape opportunities, build pipeline, collaborate closely with TCS cross-functional solution teams and create compelling value propositions.
• Lead the development of business cases, investment justification and sales proposal for identified initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth by pursuing new initiatives and strategic programs.
• Be accountable for quarterly revenue targets and ensure achievement through pipeline development and opportunities conversion.
