We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Strategic Project Manager to lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role acts as the bridge between ambitious ideas and operational reality, ensuring that every project aligns with our broader corporate strategy and financial goals. You will navigate complex cross-functional landscapes-from IT and Cyber Security to Marketing and Finance-to turn proposals into actionable, value-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Management: Lead proposed efforts through a structured prioritization process, managing the intake funnel and balancing resource demand.
Strategic Alignment: Work progressively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors, to ensure initiatives are synchronized with company objectives.
Financial & Business Analysis: Develop robust business cases, perform ROI analysis, and provide accurate cost estimates and "what-if" scenarios to guide investment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct project teams across diverse departments (IT, Operations, Strategy, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and collaboration.
Executive Communication: Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, persuasive decision frameworks for leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
