Description
Who are we?
Trucker Path is a fast-growing global SaaS company transforming transportation technology for professional truck drivers and fleets across North America. Our platform supports over 1 million active drivers with truck-safe navigation, real-time parking availability, load tools, and fleet management solutions that help them operate safely and efficiently. We're leveraging AI-powered capabilities to automate workflows, surface smarter insights, and help customers make faster, data-driven decisions. With a collaborative, high-performance culture spanning multiple countries and time zones, we're building the future of trucking technology.
What's the job?
Trucker Path is seeking a Strategic Solutions Manager to lead the partnerships and platform integrations that power a significant and growing share of our revenue. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategic partnerships, technical solutioning, enterprise account management, and commercial ownership.
You'll source, negotiate, and launch integrations across the transportation technology ecosystem - including telematics, ELD, TMS, digital freight platforms, and logistics partners - while managing relationships with some of our largest fleet customers. If you enjoy building partnerships, solving technical challenges, and creating long-term growth opportunities, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Trucker Path.
Channel & Platform Integrations
  • Source, negotiate, and launch strategic integrations across telematics, ELD, TMS, freight platforms, load boards, brokers, 3PLs, and 4PLs.
  • Own each partnership from initial opportunity through commercial negotiation, technical scoping, implementation, and successful launch.
  • Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Expand and strengthen Trucker Path's partner ecosystem while representing the company with partner executives and at industry events.

Strategic Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of Trucker Path's largest and most strategic fleet customers.
  • Develop executive relationships across customer organizations to understand their technology stack, business priorities, and future needs.
  • Conduct executive business reviews and identify opportunities to expand partnerships and platform integrations.
  • Develop strategic customers into long-term advocates and reference accounts.

Revenue Growth & Strategy
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that drive recurring revenue and customer value.
  • Balance commercial objectives with technical feasibility to create win-win outcomes for customers and partners.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights, competitive intelligence, and partnership opportunities with Product and Leadership teams.

What's the work location?
You'll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix - a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You'll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team.
What's the earning potential ($$$)?
This role offers a competitive base salary range starting at $85,000 plus a 20% variable bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
  • 2 - 4 years experience managing strategic partnerships, enterprise accounts, business development, or solutions engineering in a SaaS, logistics, or technology environment.
  • Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build credibility with fleet executives, partner leadership, and technical stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand APIs, integration architecture, and implementation scope.
  • Experience owning commercial negotiations and driving opportunities from prospect through launch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear external communications and concise internal documentation.
  • Comfortable carrying and being measured against revenue goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
