The work facility specializes in detox services, ensuring a comprehensive care approach for families and children experiencing various challenges.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children under three years of age who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities.
• Actively participate in the formulation and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and document the progress of children, facilitating discussions about outcomes with families to ensure transparency and collaborative care.
• Provide targeted support and resources to families, enabling them to foster their child's development within a natural learning environment.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations in the delivery of social work services, ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Establish strong relationships with children, families, and co-workers to create a trusting and supportive environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and promote the coaching paradigm during parent engagement sessions.
• Ensure the health and safety of both clients and staff in all interactions and support strategies.

In this role, you will primarily support families with children who have developmental challenges, including those with disabilities or requiring early intervention services. Your expertise will help guide parents through their child's unique developmental journey, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-community engagements when necessary.
• Exceptional adaptability to various learning styles to accommodate each child’s specific treatment plan.
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective case management.
• Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration and understanding among families and team members.
• A commitment to the values of respect and teamwork.

• At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Experience in collaborative environments and participation in multidisciplinary teams.
