About the Role

SPRIX USA is expanding Japan’s No.1 learning platform across schools and after-school programs in Southern California.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can help grow partnerships with schools while supporting the delivery of high-quality after-school programs.

This role combines education program development, relationship management, and classroom support, making it ideal for someone passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact on students.

You will work closely with school administrators, educators, parents, and students to introduce and implement innovative learning programs developed in Japan.


Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Partnerships & Program Growth
  • Identify and connect with schools, after-school providers, and educational organizations

  • Schedule meetings with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers

  • Present SPRIX education programs and demonstrate our learning tools

  • Organize and support trial classes or program demonstrations

  • Build long-term relationships with school partners and education stakeholders

Program Implementation
  • Support the successful launch of after-school programs at partner schools

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics with schools and program venues

  • Gather feedback from schools, students, and parents to improve program quality

Classroom Instruction & Student Support
  • Teach and support students using SPRIX learning tools such as SPRIX Programming and SPRIX Calculation

  • Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

  • Communicate with parents regarding class updates and student progress

  • Support the enrollment and onboarding of new students

Operations & Reporting
  • Provide weekly program updates and activity reports to management

  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks

  • Support team coordination and classroom operations when needed


Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to travel within the Greater Palm Springs area

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Spanish Speaker is a benefit


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred

  • Experience in education partnerships, sales, or program development

  • Experience working with schools, after-school programs, or tutoring organizations

  • Background in EdTech, STEM education, or coding programs
