Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des Opérations Marketing pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing internationale et dynamique et nous accompagner dans le développement de nos activités marketing à l'échelle mondiale.

Votre rôle englobera les opérations sur l'ensemble des plateformes, projets et événements internes et externes. Vos responsabilités incluront l'optimisation des processus marketing, la gestion des technologies et des analyses marketing, ainsi que l'accompagnement de nos équipes marketing dans la planification, l'exécution et l'évaluation efficaces de leurs campagnes.


Ce poste requiert une combinaison de pensée stratégique, de compétences analytiques, d'expérience en gestion de campagnes et une solide compréhension du parcours client et des principes fondamentaux du marketing. Vous serez le lien essentiel entre nos équipes marketing internationales et locales, le marketing produit international et nos créatifs internes, en veillant à ce que nos actions marketing et de communication atteignent les bonnes cibles dans différentes régions afin de générer des résultats commerciaux concrets.

VOS MISSIONS

Stratégie :

  • Améliorer proactivement les opérations marketing pour faciliter la génération de leads, les programmes de fidélisation et un reporting efficace.
  • Développer, optimiser et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de base de données marketing axées sur la croissance, la segmentation, la qualité et l'exhaustivité des données.
  • Concevoir des programmes marketing ciblés pour les prospects générés par les campagnes mondiales afin de renforcer l'activation locale et d'assurer une cohérence entre toutes les campagnes marketing, globales et locales.

Analyse et reporting :

  • Utiliser des indicateurs de performance concrets pour optimiser les stratégies de campagne (notamment en fournissant un rapport de retour sur investissement mensuel et trimestriel à la direction marketing et commerciale).
  • Fournir des rapports d'analyse réguliers pour toutes les campagnes marketing mondiales en assurant un suivi, une analyse et un reporting actifs sur l'état des initiatives marketing, le retour sur investissement, l'acquisition et la fidélisation des clients.
  • Créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord réguliers pour communiquer les résultats et les enseignements aux parties prenantes, afin d'éclairer la prise de décision.
  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales et marketing locales dans la production de rapports alignant les performances marketing sur la croissance de l'entreprise.

Opérations: 

  • Gérer le fonctionnement quotidien de HubSpot, y compris la synchronisation avec Zoho CRM, afin d'optimiser les processus et de garantir une amélioration continue et une utilisation cohérente par toutes les équipes.
  • Être responsable des tableaux de bord et des rapports de reporting marketing, en supervisant la gestion et l'intégrité des données marketing et en assurant l'exactitude des rapports et des analyses.
  • Piloter les données de résultats mensuels, la préparation des réunions et le modèle de rapport pour l'équipe marketing lors des réunions mensuelles de bilan des résultats cumulés, incluant l'analyse des KPI, notamment les SQL et le pipeline.
  • Apporter un soutien à l'équipe marketing pour la gestion d'événements Cvent.
  • Piloter la logistique de la conférence phare Explorance World.


Génération et qualification de leads :

  • Gestion de campagne de bout en bout pour toutes les campagnes marketing mondiales de notoriété et d'engagement, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration du reporting et de l'évaluation des campagnes, ainsi que sur la qualification des leads tout au long du parcours client.


VOS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en opérations marketing et en gestion de systèmes CRM pour optimiser les programmes marketing.
  • Maîtrise de HubSpot Marketing Hub et de Zoho CRM.
  • Expérience des programmes de vente et de marketing B2B.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et de reporting, avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de fournir des recommandations exploitables.
  • Expérience de la gestion de projets et de missions en autonomie.
  • Expérience réussie de la collaboration inter-équipes et inter-régionales.
  • Expérience avec Salesforce et Google Analytics.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to work in our dynamic global marketing team to help us scale our marketing efforts around the world. 

Your role will encompass operations across internal and external platforms, projects, and events. Your responsibilities will include optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology and analytics, and enabling our marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns effectively and efficiently.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, campaign management, and a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and core operating principles. You’ll be the lynchpin between our global and local marketing teams, global product marketing, and our in-house creatives, making sure our marketing and communications reach the right people across multiple regions to drive business results. 


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

Strategy: 

  • Proactive in enhancing marketing operations to facilitate lead generation, nurturing programs, and effective reporting.
  • Develop, optimize, and execute marketing database strategies related to growth, segmentation, and data cleanliness and completeness.
  • Design targeted marketing programs for prospects generated through global campaign activity to bolster local activation and ensure a seamless connection to all global and local marketing campaigns.  


Analytics and reporting: 

  • Use tangible measurements of business outcomes to inform campaign strategies and optimization (including delivering a monthly and quarterly ROI report for marketing and business leadership).
  • Provide ongoing analysis reports for all global marketing campaigns by actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, return on investment, client acquisition, and client nurturing.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders, helping to inform decision-making.
  • Support localized commercial goals and marketing teams with reporting that aligns marketing performance with business growth.


Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of HubSpot, including syncing with Zoho CRM, to optimize processes and set up and ensure continual improvements and consistent use by all teams.
  • Own the marketing reporting dashboards and reports, overseeing the management and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics. 
  • Lead monthly results data, meeting preparation, and template for marketing team for the monthly results to date meetings reviewing KPIs including SQLs and pipeline
  • Support the marketing team around Cvent for event management
  • Lead logistics  – flagship conference  Explorance World


Lead generation and nurture:

  • End-to-end campaign management of all global marketing awareness and engagement campaigns, focusing on enhancing campaign reporting and evaluation, and nurturing leads down the funnel to sale.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and CRM system management to power marketing programs 
  • Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Zoho CRM
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing programs
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience managing projects and assignments independently
  • Experience of successfully collaborating across teams and geographies
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics
