As a Client Executive, you’ll play a key role in leading client accounts and delivering exceptional service. You’ll act as a strategic relationship manager, guiding clients through complex self-funded accounts and ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll lead client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and cultivating strong relationships. You’ll manage complex self-funded accounts, oversee annual strategies, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. By leveraging Gallagher’s resources and tools, you’ll enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality client outcomes. You’ll also mentor new hires and team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. 

Here’s what you’ll do: 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic liaison. 
  • Lead the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process with a 95% retention target. 
  • Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance-related issues. 
  • Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional development. 
  • Use Gallagher’s tools and resources to maximize productivity and quality. 

About You
  • A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Appropriate licensing and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use technology to improve productivity. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build professional relationships. 
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
