Job Description
We're looking for Storekeepers who are excited to help ensure our hospital has the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll distribute supplies throughout the facility, maintain accurate inventory levels, manage warehouse stock, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and parcel services. We value attention to detail, organization, time management, and teamwork, and we're excited to welcome someone who brings these strengths to our Materials Management team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute medical and facility supplies to departments throughout the hospital.
  • Maintain inventory levels in the warehouse and throughout the facility, including adjusting stock levels as needed.
  • Receive, process, and coordinate incoming and outgoing U.S. Mail and parcel services, including FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
  • Assist with inventory control and organization to support efficient hospital operations.

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with the distribution and storage of supplies is preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with standard stockroom or warehouse concepts and best practices.
  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community.
