Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC is searching for qualified candidates to assume the role of Storeroom Clerk.

Summary/Objective:

The Storeroom Clerk contributes to the success of the Storeroom department by unloading supplies from carriers, accurately receiving parts into SAP, and delivering them to the correct location.

Key responsibilities of the Storeroom Clerk position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Unloads skids, totes, and/or crates from carriers
  • Accurately receives all parts into SAP
  • Labels inventory for stock
  • Looks up work orders to deliver parts to the correct location
  • Performs cycle counts
  • Loads parts for repair
  • Unloads carriers with a fork truck
  • Looks up parts in the system
  • Assists with storeroom clerk duties when need arises
  • General housekeeping duties to keep work area neat and clean.
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follows all required safety rules and regulations, observe best safety practices for themselves and team members.
  • Able to perform all Storeroom positions.

General Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP, Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
