Position Summary

As a Store Room Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting our culinary and food & beverage operations by ensuring products are properly received, stored, organized, and distributed throughout the resort. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
  • Receive and organize food, beverage, and supply deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory storage and product rotation procedures
  • Fill departmental requisitions and distribute products as needed
  • Keep storeroom, coolers, and freezers clean, organized, and sanitary
  • Monitor product quality and expiration dates
  • Communicate inventory concerns to culinary leadership
  • Assist with receiving vendor deliveries and processing transactions according to company standards
  • Help ensure compliance with food safety and storage guidelines
