Stockroom Attendant: Beloit, Wisconsin
Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Stockroom Attendants to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Stockroom Attendant, you will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and distributing parts and materials to support production and service operations.
Responsibilities of the Stockroom Attendant:
  • Count and store received items in bins or on shelves, marking part numbers on containers.
  • Print drawings and create production orders.
  • Prepare warranty packets and make copies of warranties.
  • Enter daily time tickets from employees into the computer system.
  • Pick parts for production orders using work orders or pick lists and move materials to production areas.
  • Pull service parts orders for shipment and deliver to shipping department.
  • Prepare service kits as required.
  • Use computer systems to issue work orders and locate stock.
  • Print various reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, filing, sorting, and distributing paperwork.
  • Participate in inventory counts and organization.
  • Act as back-up for the Inventory Control Supervisor as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Good basic math skills required.
  • Must be able to become a certified forklift operator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and computer operations.
  • General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 45 lbs without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time and perform bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and walking.
Pay for Stockroom Attendant: $16–$18 per hour.
