Job description

The Store Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees, ensuring efficient store operations during standard business hours. This role focuses on driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing daily store activities while utilizing retail-specific management software. The Store Manager will have minimal involvement in vendor interactions and will lead efforts in staff development and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities
