Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Glazing Project Manager for commercial glass and glazing project work in the Denver, Colorado area. This role is a strong fit for an experienced glazing professional who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with general contractors and field teams, and keep storefront, curtain wall, entrance, glass, and architectural metal scopes moving safely, accurately, and on schedule.


Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Full-time project management role; schedule may vary by project needs

Type: Contract / project-based


Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial glazing projects from award through closeout, including planning, coordination, documentation, schedule, budget, and quality follow-through

- Coordinate storefront, curtain wall, entrances, glass, glazing systems, panels, hardware, and related architectural metal scopes

- Work closely with general contractors, owners, architects, vendors, installers, field supervisors, and internal project teams

- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change information, schedules, and project documentation

- Track materials, releases, fabrication status, deliveries, field installation progress, punch lists, and closeout requirements

- Identify issues early, communicate clearly, and help keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and safety expectations

- Support field teams with sequencing, manpower planning, installation priorities, and problem-solving as needed


Requirements:

- Commercial glazing, glass, storefront, curtain wall, architectural metal, facade, or specialty construction project management experience

- Ability to manage multiple projects or scopes at the same time while maintaining schedule, documentation, and customer communication

- Strong understanding of glazing systems, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, fabrication, and field installation workflows

- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents

- Professional communication with general contractors, field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders

- Organized, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable solving field and project coordination issues

- Estimating, project engineering, superintendent, foreman, or hands-on glazing background is a plus

- Reliable ability to support Denver-area project needs and complete any site onboarding requirements
