If reading a drawing, firing up your tools, and watching a space come together sounds like a good day, you’ll fit right in at Pivotal Retail Group. We travel the Southeast building and remodeling retail, restaurant, grocery, healthcare, and commercial environments—one precise install at a time.

Imagine You’re On Site—What Happens?
  1. You review blueprints, shop drawings, and the installation plan.
  2. You set millwork: cabinetry, countertops, trim, wall panels, and casework until every reveal is clean.
  3. You assemble fixtures, shelving, displays, and furnishings that make the store functional.
  4. You place specialty items—bathroom accessories, wall protection, graphics, doors, hardware, and equipment.
  5. You operate hand and power tools with safety and speed.
  6. You leave a tidy, professional site and a happy client.
Is This You?
  • Experience with commercial carpentry, millwork, FF&E installation, or construction (preferred).
  • Confident using a tape measure and reading basic construction drawings.
  • Reliable transportation and your own essential tools: drill, impact, circular saw, tape, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet most of the day.
  • Detail-obsessed, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Open to traveling for extended periods.
Travel Rhythm

Expect 100% travel throughout the Southeast United States, often away from home for 3 or more weeks at a time.

What You’ll Get
