Overview: Resets Remodel Merchandiser Nights

SPAR Marketing Force is growing our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! This Reset Merchandiser role will be part of a 16-week store remodel project remodeling the insides of big box retailers — with the opportunity to continue on future projects once this one wraps up.

You’ll work overnights building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. If you have a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be a perfect fit. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, knows their way around a tool bag, and takes pride in producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

We reward reliability and commitment with a milestone-based bonus for staying through the project:

What You’ll Do
  • Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores

  • Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures

  • Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management

  • Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics

  • Engage in considerable physical activity; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Qualifications
  • Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours

  • Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves

  • Planogram experience (preferred)

  • Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts

  • Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Personal cell phone and valid email address required

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Steel-toed footwear required on job site
