Dans le cadre de notre croissance et de la structuration de nos activites, nous recherchons un(e) leader strategique pour occuper ces deux fonctions importantes.

Votre mission

En tant que pilier de l'organisation, vous occupez un role hybride et strategique, agissant comme le moteur de notre efficacite operationnelle et le catalyseur de notre expansion commerciale. Vous assurez la synergie entre la gestion des equipes internes, la coordination avec nos partenaires de fabrication et le rayonnement de la marque sur les marches canadiens et americains.

Responsabilites principales

Gestion Operationnelle et Leadership d'Equipe

  • Supervision:D'une equipe dediee (selection technique, soumissions, dessins) en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
  • Optimisation des processus :Structurer et prioriser les flux de travail pour garantir la qualite rigoureuse des livrables et le respect des echeances.
  • Rigueur organisationnelle :Assurer une supervision efficace tout en conservant l'agilite et la reactivite propres a notre modele PME qui est ISO 9001.

Coordination et Partenariats de Fabrication

  • Gestion de la chaine de valeur :Maintenir et optimiser les relations avec nos partenaires de fabrication strategiques.
  • Suivi de projets :Superviser la coordination des projets (dimensionnement, selection finale, controle des couts, fabrication) et veiller au respect des normes en vigueur (ASME, CRM, ISO, etc.).

Developpement des Affaires et Strategie Commerciale

  • Expansion de reseau :Developper et structurer notre reseau de distribution a travers le Canada et les Etats-Unis. Presence terrain : Pour ce faire des deplacements d'environ une semaine par mois sont necessaire. Nos ressources techniques seront elles aussi deployees sur le terrain en support.
  • Croissance durable :Identifier de nouvelles opportunites pour assurer une progression constante et perenne du volume d'affaires.

Profil recherche

Competences techniques et experience :

  • DEC ou BAC technique (automatisation, mecanique de procede, metallurgie) ou equivalent dans une discipline connexe.
  • Experience solide et pertinente en environnement industriel ou manufacturier (usinage, soudure) et developpement des affaires.
  • Connaissance du marche de la mesure de debit et des elements primaires (orifice, venturi, buses) un atout.
  • Une forte curiosite technique et une capacite d'apprentissage rapide seront privilegiees pour les candidats provenant de secteurs connexes.

  • Leadership naturel, a la fois structurant et mobilisateur.
