Job description

Reports to: Operations Director
Classification: Non-union / Salaried-Exempt
Salary: $95, 000 / year
Hours: Sunday - Saturday
The Store Director will efficiently manage the operations of the store to the standards set forth by the company, in a manner that ensures firm cost controls and overall profitability. Overall attention to store conditions, food safety and customer service are vital to this role. This position is also responsible for coaching, training and developing employees in a manner that will ensure a positive work environment, as well as outstanding customer satisfaction through store employees who are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food business.
Qualifications:
• 3 years as an Assistant Store Director with Department Manager experience, preferred
• Proven success managing gross profit, inventory and labor management
• Commitment to coach, develop and deliver timely feedback to direct reports
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and sound decision-making
• Proven success in community outreach efforts
