We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven General Manager to lead our cannabis retail store in Richfield. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of daily store operations, from inventory and scheduling to team management and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory Management
  • Inventory Control: Manage all facets of inventory, including intake, auditing, and storage, ensuring 100% compliance with Minnesota state regulations.
  • Procurement: Place orders with vendors and suppliers, forecasting demand to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is organized, attractive, and compliant with local standards.
Team Leadership & HR
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the hiring and onboarding process to build a high-performing team.
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and handle disciplinary actions, including terminations, when necessary.

Marketing & Growth
  • Discount & Promotion Management: Strategize and implement effective discount programs and loyalty initiatives to drive customer retention and store traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our online brand presence. Create engaging, compliant, and on-brand content that drives community engagement and informs customers of new product arrivals and store updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in retail management, with direct experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of Minnesota cannabis regulations (or the ability to learn and implement them immediately).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data to make informed decisions regarding inventory and promotions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and social media platforms.
  • Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Richfield location.
