RESPONSABILITES DU POSTE

  • Offrir et assurer en tout temps une experience client exceptionnelle.
    Favoriser un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientele.
    Encadrer, developper et maximiser la reussite de tous les associe(e)s.
    Etablir des attentes claires et assurer le suivi de la performance.
    Maximiser le potentiel de vente en coachant les comportements des associe(e)s sur le plancher et a l'arriere-boutique.
    Construire une equipe solide et collaborative selon les besoins du magasin.
    Recruter, embaucher et assurer un effectif adequat.
    Assurer la formation de l'equipe d'associe(e)s.
    Analyser les resultats d'affaires et elaborer des plans d'action.
    Communiquer efficacement avec l'equipe.
    Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques et pratiques de l'entreprise.
    Superviser le flux de marchandises.
    Maintenir les normes de presentation visuelle et de marchandisage, ainsi qu'une experience positive en magasin.
    Gerer les depenses controlables.
    Maintenir les procedures Mango.
    Assurer la prevention des pertes et la securite.


COMPETENCES / EXPERIENCE REQUISES

  • Minimum de trois (3) ans d'experience dans un environnement de detail specialise, de biens de luxe ou un secteur comparable.
    Experience prealable en gestion des ventes.
    Capacite demontree a atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les indicateurs de performance.
    Aptitude averee a stimuler les resultats de vente, analyser les rapports de ventes, identifier les tendances et reagir rapidement aux besoins de l'entreprise.
    Aisance dans la prise de decisions et la gestion des conflits au sein d'une equipe.
    Capacite a traiter des enjeux complexes et a gerer plusieurs taches et priorites changeantes.
    Competences exceptionnelles en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en service a la clientele.

  • Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
