Job description

Job Summary:
Hyve Solutions is dedicated to helping customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals and technology solutions. The Solutions Architect will lead customer-focused infrastructure solution definitions across AI, compute, storage, and networking deployments, acting as the primary technical interface between customer requirements and Hyve’s architecture and engineering organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead customer-facing infrastructure solution engagements across AI, compute, storage, and networking deployments
• Translate customer business, workload, and infrastructure requirements into deployable technical solutions
• Define end-to-end infrastructure architectures spanning:
• server platforms
• accelerators
• networking
• storage
• rack integration
• power
• cooling
• deployment topology
• Partner with customers on roadmap alignment, infrastructure planning, and future datacenter architectures
• Develop technical proposals, architecture presentations, solution specifications, and customer design recommendations
• Collaborate with CTO Architecture, platform architects, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align solutions with execution capability
• Support strategic customer engagements ahead of formal RFP activity
• Drive technical discovery sessions and architectural workshops with customers and ecosystem partners
• Interface with silicon vendors and ecosystem providers to align customer solutions with emerging technologies and reference architectures
• Support solution costing, configuration definition, deployment modeling, and infrastructure scaling recommendations
• Represent Hyve in customer technical reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic infrastructure planning engagements
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10–15+ years in solutions architecture, hyperscale infrastructure, AI infrastructure, datacenter architecture, or technical customer engagement roles
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure
• Strong understanding of server architectures
• Strong understanding of GPU systems
• Strong understanding of networking
• Strong understanding of storage
• Strong understanding of rack integration
• Strong understanding of power and cooling infrastructure
• Experience engaging directly with hyperscaler, cloud, enterprise, or AI-native customers
• Strong ability to translate workload and business requirements into technical infrastructure architectures
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of infrastructure deployment models and operational considerations at scale
• Ability to operate across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and customer organizations
• Experience developing technical proposals and customer-facing solution documentation
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional leadership capability
