JOB TITLE: Culinary Craftsman (Line Cook) - Master of Tacos and Quesadillas!
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: As a Line Cook your main objective is to skillfully prepare delectable tacos, quesadillas, and other Mexican inspired menu items. Your expertise and efficiency will ensure that our guests enjoy fresh and timely culinary delights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with fellow line cooks to synchronize the completion of all ticket items promptly.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines meticulously to maintain consistent and high-quality food.
  • Utilize various cooking utensils and equipment to prepare and prep an array of food items.
  • Prioritize safety and sanitation, reducing risks and maintaining cross-contamination protocols.
  • Skillfully assemble and plate menu items according to chit tickets.
  • Proactively stock, maintain, and clean your assigned work station before, during, and after shifts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Attentive listening skills to execute instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in knife skills and culinary techniques.
  • Positive attitude that radiates calmness, friendliness, and enthusiasm, even under pressure.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
