The Truist Finance Internship equips participants with the tools and expertise to thrive in diverse financial roles and contribute to Truist's strategic financial success. Through rotational experiences, participants gain exposure to a wide range of financial disciplines and build a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills.

During the internship, participants may:

  • Rotate through teams such as Corporate Finance & Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Accounting.

  • Learn and apply financial concepts in real-world settings, including financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning.

  • Contribute to internal and external financial reporting and analysis of key financial statements.

  • Engage in meaningful touchpoints with peers and leaders across the enterprise to foster collaboration and holistic thinking.

Locations: Individuals hired into the program will be located in Charlotte, NC.
