Job description

The Opportunity:

Fifth Avenue Financial is looking for a Financial Services Representative to join our team. Compensation is 100% commission, earnings are directly related to performance. Our office is located in New York, NY and candidates are expected to come into the office on hybrid basis.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Build a portfolio of customers and offer financial advice tailored to their specific needs and objectives

  • Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored financial services and insurance products

  • Develop customized financial plans for clients that are tailored to their specific goals and objectives

  • Monitor markets, research financial products, and stay updated with new developments in the financial sector

  • Provide customer service to current and potential MassMutual customers

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics

  • Internship or some experience in the Financial Services industry

  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good knowledge of risk management and investment strategies

Nice-to-haves:
  • Life, Accident, Health resident license

  • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of CRM software and financial data analysis tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Proficiency in MS Office


Licensing:
