Job description

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in helping families improve their financial futures while building a flexible career in the financial-services industry.


In this role, you will educate individuals and families about financial protection, life insurance, retirement strategies, and other available financial solutions. Previous financial-services experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.


Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals and families to identify their financial needs and goals

• Educate clients about life insurance, retirement, and financial-protection strategies

• Conduct financial-needs assessments and policy reviews

• Recommend suitable solutions based on each client’s needs and eligibility

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Participate in training, professional development, and team meetings

• Maintain accurate client records and follow all licensing and compliance requirements

• Build long-term professional relationships through excellent service


Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

• Able to manage time and follow a consistent schedule

• Interested in financial education, entrepreneurship, and helping others

• Must hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license

• Background in sales, customer service, education, leadership, or entrepreneurship is helpful but not required


Compensation:

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales, production, and applicable compensation guidelines. Estimated annual earnings may range from $30,000 to $100,000 or more; however, results vary and income is not guaranteed.
