Job description

Business Analyst Intern (Summer 2027) - Prospect Pool | Red Ventures Launch Program
While our Summer 2026 Business Analyst Internship is now filled, we're excited to connect with students interested in Summer 2027 opportunities.
If you're looking to make an impact early in your career - not just observe from the sidelines - this is your chance to get on our radar.
At Red Ventures, we don't believe in "intern grunt work." As part of our Launch Program, interns step into meaningful, high-impact work from Day 1. Over the course of an 11-week summer internship, you'll gain real-world experience, build critical skills, and position yourself for a potential full-time return offer.
You'll join a cohort of driven peers, go through immersive onboarding and training, and work directly with a team, manager, and mentor to tackle real business challenges. Along the way, you'll also experience Red Ventures' culture through social events, community engagement, and time in the Charlotte area.
What You'll Do
  • Join a team across areas like SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, or Business Operations
  • Work on high-impact projects that directly influence business outcomes
  • Own a project solving a complex, ambiguous problem-from defining the approach to delivering recommendations
  • Use data and analytics tools to uncover insights and drive smarter decisions
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Take ownership of your work and identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and innovative thinking
What We're Looking For
  • Current undergraduate students graduating Summer 2028
(majors may include business, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or related fields)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience preferred
  • Curiosity around how data and AI can drive better decisions and business outcomes
  • Experience working with data (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights effectively
  • A proactive, scrappy, and self-motivated mindset
  • Team-oriented with a competitive spirit and sense of humor
  • Passion for a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Nice to have: Exposure to Python, R, machine learning, or statistical modeling
Important Notes
  • This posting is for future interest (Summer 2027 internship consideration)
  • By applying, you'll be added to our early talent pipeline and considered when applications open
  • This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship, including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visas, and is not available for corp-to-corp arrangements
Compensation
  • $38.46/hour
