Job description

We are seeking an innovative and student-focused STEM educator to join Massanutten Academy for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. This role involves teaching upper-level mathematics and computer science while integrating handsโ€‘on, projectโ€‘based learning to develop critical thinking, problemโ€‘solving, and academic excellence in a structured environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Teaching experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, parents, and cadets
  • Commitment to fostering a structured and disciplined learning environment
  • Experience integrating technology into instruction is preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach upper-level Mathematics and Computer Science-based STEM courses
