  • Skill in use of complex mathematical and statistical techniques to assess financial scenarios.
  • Competency in design, preparation of spreadsheets and other financial reports
  • Ability to ensure accurate, timely and up to date payroll process in Kronos.
  • Prepares accurate financial and/or statistical reports for internal and external users. Renders assistance to leaders in preparing and reviewing analytical data and systems.
  • Analyzes data and statistics including staff productivity/hours/PTO days to identify trends and variances. Complies OT report by manager.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate coding and submittal of invoices. Submits PO's and contracts for approval and follows up on completion or renewals.
  • Assist with budget preparation and tracking of monthly billing/expense data. Assists with month end reconciliation and posting of cross charges/transfers.
  • Assist leaders with special projects, analysis and data to support with strategic planning, growth and development efforts. Assist director with operational reports.

Minimum Requirements (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years financial analytics and administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS office package (word/excel/power point and outlook)
