Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Execution

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics to execute customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to proactively manage forecasting, inventory, replenishment, promotional planning, and issue resolution to maximize service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure organizational readiness for key customer initiatives and seasonal events.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver timely, effective solutions in a matrixed organization.
