The ideal candidate is a technically skilled data professional with demonstrated experience building automated financial reporting solutions, working with ERP systems, and applying modern analytics tools to solve complex financial management challenges. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on turning raw financial data into scalable, automated workflows and clear decision-ready insights for senior government stakeholders. Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to): * Conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis. * Building, tracking, and reporting on financial metrics to ensure required services are delivered to the client on schedule and within scope. * Partnering with the client to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop new tools to streamline contract compliance within the command. * Designing and deploying automated reporting tools and dashboards — using Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or Python — to streamline contract compliance and financial visibility within the command. * Developing and maintaining financial data workflows supporting Non-labor and Labor functions across Financial Accounting (FA), Funds Management (FM), and Project Systems (PS) modules.  Work Environment: * Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). * Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
