Summary

RNDC is looking for a collaborative, strategic, and detail-oriented State Pricing Coordinator to join our growing Sales Finance team. The State Pricing Coordinator is responsible for data entry for all pricing in ALPHA/ASW system and/or any technology system related to the job role. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this role as the information directly impacts the Company's profit margins 

In this role, you will
  • Input all aspects of pricing (i.e. List, Discount Levels, DA's, Fund Inputs, State and Local Taxes, etc.) into the Company's information and database systems, as required. 
  • Maintain pricing and make appropriate changes, as directed. 
  • Monitor pricing to ensure accuracy and protection of profit margins. 
  • Update and maintain any chain contract pricing, as directed. 
  • Monitor all aspects of pricing and make appropriate changes, as directed. 
  • Assist with allocations and pre-sells. 
  • Identify pricing issues based on exception reports.
