What You'll Do:
  • Provide labor and delivery coverage in a hospital-based OB/GYN setting
  • Manage routine labor, C-section deliveries, and vaginal births
  • Perform postpartum rounds and emergency gynecologic consultations
  • Collaborate with certified nurse midwives and support staff
  • Support approximately 120 births annually in a low high-risk environment
  • Document patient interactions using EPIC EMR system
  • Cover multiple sites including Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison as needed


What You Need:
  • MD or DO with current licensure (IMLC accepted)
  • Board certification in OB/GYN
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Ability to support both weekday and weekend shifts, with flexibility to float between sites

This role involves delivering comprehensive obstetric care, including routine labor management, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, postpartum care, and emergency gynecological consults.
