Gojob is looking for a Staffing Program Manager in the Mt Juliet, TN area. You'll own the client site: the link between Gojob, the client, and our Gojobbers. You keep the site staffed, keep the client happy, and keep our workers showing up and moving up.

Responsibilities:
Client Management

  • Build the client relationship through proactive communication and daily presence
  • Anticipate staffing needs and bring solutions before the client asks
  • Run job analyses and write clear position descriptions
  • Lead regular check-ins and present business reviews
  • Run engagement programs that lift NPS and retention
  • Read the trends at your site and drive process improvements

Gojobber Support

  • Own daily operations and safety compliance onsite
  • Lead new-hire orientations and manage onboarding to work-ready
  • Handle worker concerns and attendance
  • Support worker development and hold policy compliance

Admin & Logistics

  • Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting
  • Keep records accurate in our system of record, every day
  • Watch costs and propose savings
  • Keep communication clean between Gojob and the client

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Screen, interview, and onboard candidates at volume
  • Build talent pipelines ahead of demand
  • Own your staffing KPIs: fill rate, time-to-fill, retention, no-shows, weekly net headcount

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in staffing, high-volume hourly recruiting, or onsite contingent-workforce management, ideally serving logistics or manufacturing clients
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, required
  • Accountable to staffing metrics: you've owned fill rate, time-to-fill, and retention numbers
  • Comfortable in a VMS or ATS with the discipline to keep it current daily
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
  • Works independently with a sense of urgency
