Due to continued growth and expansion of service lines, A & Associates is seeking a Staffing Manager to support a diverse portfolio of active client accounts.
Position Overview:
A & Associates is seeking a results-driven Staffing Manager to support a mix of commercial and government accounts across light industrial, administrative, and clerical staffing verticals.
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is responsible for managing multiple requisitions while meeting client expectations and delivery timelines.
The Staffing Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placement of candidates. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines and meeting client demands.
This position is ideal for a staffing professional who is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and contributing directly to operational success and client satisfaction.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Manage 10 to 20+ active requisitions across multiple clients and job categories
  • Source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial, clerical, and administrative roles
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing needs
  • Utilize recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to attract talent
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding requirements, including I-9s and background checks
  • Partner with account managers and clients to prioritize hiring needs
  • Maintain communication with candidates to improve engagement and retention
  • Track recruiting activity and placements within ATS systems
  • Support workforce deployment and assignment management as needed

Compensation:
