Every Schedule Matters

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it.

You'll work closely with nurses, therapists, home health aides, and office staff to coordinate schedules, manage staffing needs, and support efficient daily operations.

Your ability to stay organized and think proactively will help keep patient care running smoothly across the communities we serve.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregivers
  • Manage daily staffing needs and scheduling adjustments
  • Communicate with field staff regarding assignments, availability, and schedule changes
  • Coordinate new admissions and ongoing patient services
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Work closely with clinical managers and office staff to ensure staffing coverage
  • Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
What We're Looking For
  • Previous Staffing, Scheduling, Healthcare Coordination, or Home Health Experience Preferred
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Computer Skills and Experience with Scheduling Systems
  • Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Healthcare Software Preferred
  • Reliable, Professional, and Detail-Oriented
