You see challenges as opportunities and believe in making an impact for customers, for your team, and for the business. If you are looking to be a part of a company that values partnership over hierarchy and purpose over routine, your next chapter could start here.

The Remarketing Team Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Remarketing team while managing the disposition of off-lease and repossessed equipment. This role provides leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to team members, ensuring remarketing activities maximize asset recovery, minimize costs, and comply with company policies and procedures. • Manage the remarketing process for off-lease and repossessed equipment by evaluating assets, determining appropriate disposition strategies, negotiating with vendors and buyers, and maintaining relationships with dealers, brokers, auction houses, and transportation providers to maximize recovery values.
  • Oversee lease returns and inventory to ensure timely processing, compliance with maintenance and return provisions, accurate billing of applicable repair and usage charges, and effective management of equipment through final disposition.
  • Partner with Asset Management and other internal stakeholders to monitor market trends, identify residual value risks, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and financial results.
Page Break
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, serve as a subject matter expert for the Remarketing function, and participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, lease agreements, regulatory requirements, and established controls throughout the remarketing process.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the equipment leasing and finance industry, preferably in Asset Management or Remarketing, with demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or coordinating workflow.
  • Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment valuation, remarketing strategies, lease return processes, and asset disposition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience using asset management or ERP systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, drive process improvements, and lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and accountability within the team.

Physical: Ability to travel as needed to inspect equipment, conduct inventory reviews, attend training, and meet with vendors and prospective buyers.
