Onsite Staffing Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Onsite Staffing Coordinator to work with one of our biggest clients in Huntsville, Alabama. If you are passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for building and leading teams, we want to hear from you!
Schedule and shift
Night shift: 10:00pm -6:00am Monday-Friday
Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.
Pay Rate
Base salary is $50,000 annual based on experience
Onsite Staffing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.
• Process payroll, oversee time-keeping, and handle workers’ compensation reporting.
• Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.
• Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.
• Check in new employees at the start of each shift.
• Listen to and apply constructive criticism.
Onsite Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Requirements
A background as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility is essential. Experience in HR, team building, customer service, and proficiency with computer systems is also required.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
The ability to think on your feet, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes continually.
Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
