Job Description:
What You Get to Do:
  • Launch Leadership: Act as the "neutral integrator" for the Body Shop, holding cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering) accountable during the launch phase.
  • Daily Cadence: Lead daily stand-ups at the zone whiteboard to surface blockers and ensure issues are resolved within one cadence cycle.
  • Project Oversight: Manage program schedules, identify risks, and track KPIs across three dimensions: Parts Readiness, Build Readiness, and Quality Readiness.
  • Technical Integration: Coordinate with engineering managers to manage resources and resolve technical/operational problems within the general assembly line.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Experience: 7-10+ years in program management, specifically within automotive manufacturing and body assembly processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Skills: Expertise in ERP systems, PLM, and digital tools. Strong background in Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies is a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to provide consolidated status updates to executive leadership (e.g., Executive Night Letters).
