Target Range:

$77,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Perform all assigned administrative tasks and ad hoc requests. Complete complex evaluations and appraisal reviews across Axos business verticals. Consult with Credit team and clients, as needed. Support the training and development of other appraisers and analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete complex and specialty evaluations and appraisal reviews within SLA; Complete administrative task and ad hoc requests as needed by SLA; Assist in the training of staff and analyst as needed.
  • Process invoices for the appraisers and reviewers on Axos panel, once they complete an assignment for Axos.
  • Generate reports which identify when an appraisal report has been received and needs to be assigned to a staff, contract, or thirdparty reviewer.
  • Assist with team member training and development, to increase staffing bandwidth for the completion of complex appraisal reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide written summaries and feedback on reviewed appraisals, document issues and suggest necessary revisions. When necessary, provide and develop a second opinion of value.
  • Ensure that an accurate and reliable opinion of value that reflects the market value, condition, and marketability of the subject property in compliance with guidelines and standards is received in order to mitigate collateral risk; Verify that all appraisals are conducted impartially and without bias.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 6-8 years of commercial appraisal experience specializing in specific types of properties and complex assignments required

  • Certified (Commercial) required
