Temporary Staffing Coordinator
Join Labor Finders as a Staffing Coordinator - Full-Time 90 Day TEMPORARY, Internal Position- with the possibility of an extended assignment.

Our proven methods match trustworthy, skilled workers with the right employers in positions such as production, assembly, construction, maintenance, electrical, carpentry, welding, office/clerical, and more.
Labor Finders is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This position plays a key role in recruiting and hiring temporary workers to meet our clients' staffing needs while supporting the branchโ€™s daily operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the office team. This is a 100% on-site position.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Position: Temporary Staffing Coordinator
  • Pay is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour based on experience.
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Specific work schedule will vary depending on branch needs. Branch hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Temporary Workforce Management: Assist with recruiting, pre-screening, processing, and onboarding temporary workers. Dispatch workers daily to ensure the best skill match for clients and optimal work opportunities for candidates.
  • Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of clerical duties, including typing, copying, filing, emailing, faxing, preparing reports, answering phones, and maintaining inventory. Assist with timecard processing and payroll.
  • Customer Service: Manage high-volume phone calls, responding to inquiries from applicants, associates, and clients. Provide exceptional service and maintain professional communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Multitasking and Deadlines: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Branch Support: Follow the direction of the Branch Manager and perform additional duties as required, supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • By effectively balancing recruitment, administrative duties, and customer service, youโ€™ll help maintain the operational success of the branch and contribute to the overall growth and satisfaction of both clients and temporary workers.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of office or clerical experience (2+ years of office or customer service experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in staffing or a similar role is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong phone and email etiquette, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for engaging with people, tackling daily challenges, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of learning other software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with busy phones.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment is contingent upon the results of a background check.
