You will operate primarily onsite, allowing for real-time collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The schedule for this position is designed to ensure work-life balance, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Conduct thorough initial patient consultations and follow-up visits to assess symptoms and medical histories, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's health status.
• Assist in the development and execution of personalized treatment plans, including the ability to prescribe medications and recommend essential lifestyle modifications tailored to individual needs.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as suturing wounds, managing wound care, and administering joint injections.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring continuity throughout treatment.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, focusing on patient education and management to optimize recovery.
• Participate in daily rounds and case discussions to contribute valuable insights into patient treatment planning and decision-making processes.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, document findings accurately, and adjust care plans as needed to align with patient responsiveness and healthcare best practices.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive care measures, treatment plans, and medication adherence to foster informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare best practices to ensure confidentiality and data protection.

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution is required.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits include:
