Position Overview

Pomeroy Living Sterling Skilled is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality patient care through continuous professional development and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff.
  • Assess staff learning needs and create individualized development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing education and staff competencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff training and certifications.
