About the Role:
Seeking a reliable and motivated Setter/Drawer II to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and build product configurations for kiln, oven, or furnace loading.
Stack products on racks, platforms, or tunnel kiln cars following manufacturing instructions.
Use deck batts, blocks, clamps, and fillers to prepare ceramics or abrasives for firing.
Select products by burn type and firing schedule.
Remove products from kiln manually or using hoist and truck cars.
Move products to inspection areas and perform visible quality checks.
Follow safety and operational procedures; perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills:
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is a plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
