Job description


Hamilton Connections is hiring Forklift Operators for a busy plastics manufacturing company located in East Longmeadow, MA. We are looking for skilled forklift operator to move product and materials around the facilities. The company is growing and looking to expand their logistics staff!
Evening Shift - $18/hour plus bi-weekly attendance bonus. Day shift - $17.25/hour plus bi-weekly attendance bonus
12 hour shifts (rotating 36 hours/48 hours) Night shift 6:45 pm to 7:15 am. Day shift 6:45 am to 7:15 pm.
Job Duties:
• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow current good warehousing practice
• Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
Skills
• Proven experience as forklift operator
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
