Exentec BioPharma Solutions is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Operator to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This role is responsible for receiving, tracking, and distributing all materials used in the fabrication of custom pharmaceutical equipment. You will ensure that materials are received, kitted, and managed efficiently, while also supporting daily shipping needs. As part of the Purchasing team, you will also assist with maintaining and purchasing consumables.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Receive materials daily and record all transactions electronically in the company system.
  • Print travelers and ensure all items are clearly labeled, kitted, and properly stored.
  • Prepare materials-including parts, components, gaskets, and hardware-for job issuance.
  • Maintain stock levels of consumables and shop supplies stored in the stockroom.
  • Ensure incoming materials are routed to inspection before kitting.
  • Process returns of purchased materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and internal/external contacts.
  • Present information clearly and respond to questions from colleagues and suppliers.
  • Identify issues, gather information, and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate with external partners for shipment of large items and occasional international shipments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
