The location in Sanford, (Florida, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Stacker. This job is full-time permanent.

A Stacker in a tissue manufacturing company is responsible for organizing, packing, and stacking finished tissue products (such as toilet paper, paper towels, or napkins) from production lines onto pallets for shipment. This role ensures products are properly arranged, inspected, and prepared, often in a fast-paced environment. [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities
  • Manual or Automated Stacking: Hand-stack or manage automated stacking of packaged tissue products onto pallets according to specific patterns.
  • Quality Inspection: Visually inspect products for defects, such as damaged packaging, tears, or misaligned paper.
  • Pallet Management: Wrap, label, and secure completed pallets for shipment.
  • Machine Assistance: Assist machine operators by clearing jams or feeding materials into machines.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work area, which includes removing trash, sweeping, and operating compactors for waste paper.
  • Inventory Control: Count finished goods and verify them against factory orders. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
