Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a experienced, dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team at one of our community clinics, located in Frederic, WI. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary medical care to patients across all age groups, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
