MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
             Willingness to dig into existing code base, add features and suggest enhancements
             C# 3.0 or experience with other object-oriented languages
             SOAP API Frameworks (ASMX or WCF)
             SQL
             Experience with source control systems (e.g. TFS, Subversion, Perforce)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
             CSS, JavaScript
             ASP.NET WebForms & MVC
             SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
             Agile or Lean methodology experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
             Distributed source control systems (e.g. Git, Mercurial, etc.)
             C# 5.0 asynchronous programming, TPL, TPL DataFlow, Reactive Framework (Rx)
             Browser MV* frameworks (e.g. KnockoutJS, AngularJS, EmberJS)
