To thrive as an MSBI Developer, you need expertise in data warehousing concepts, SQL Server, and hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools like SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, usually supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are often required. These skills and qualifications are crucial for delivering accurate, insightful data analytics and supporting informed decision-making within organizations.
