Provide services and support as a C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant [Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focussing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Generally Located In Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant Designs and delivers training programs, supports change management, drives workforce adoption, and facilitates stakeholder engagement. The C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant equips SRNS personnel to adopt new C&SCM procedures through training, communications, and workforce enablement. 

Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement as part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management [Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] Procedural Support delivers targeted training, change management, and workforce enablement driving adoption, compliance, and sustained Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) performance outcomes to empower nuclear and environmental missions with trained, adaptable teams driving safe, efficient, compliant operational excellence.

Purpose: Ensure enterprise adoption across ~360 personnel

Foundation for Deliverables: Drives Deliverable #4 - Training and Implementation Support Materials: Training manuals and presentations to facilitate the understanding and implementation of new procedures.; Interactive training modules and e-learning materials to support revised and newly created procedures.; Workshop and webinar schedules, including facilitator guides.

  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
  • Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
  • Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
  • Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant | Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement [SRNS0016016]

Develop a training strategy, curriculum, training manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and adoption communications; deliver or support virtual and on-site training; collect learner feedback; reinforce implementation and adoption.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC.  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant | Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement [SRNS0016016] Candidates:

6+ years training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience; experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, communications, business, human resources, or related field; Prosci, ATD/CPLP, instructional design, or change management certification preferred.
  • 6+ years of training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience; experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred.
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector, and C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant Candidates principally support Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required

  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives, and aligned with Program Support activities, Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement Functional Area Activities.
