Responsibilities: Assisted Living Nurse Manager

  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans
  • Oversee medication administration and health monitoring
  • Supervise caregivers and med aides; provide training and evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Participate in audits, surveys, and QAPI initiatives
  • Respond to health changes, emergencies, and family concerns
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and housing managers
  • Maintain infection control standards and emergency preparedness
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support smooth admissions/discharges

Qualifications:

  • RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Experience in assisted living or senior care leadership
  • Strong clinical judgment and team management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
